What Evidence Do We Have That Cetaphil Is Cruelty-free?

I am aware of your thoughts. It’s not a given that Cetaphil engages in animal testing just because it lacks a thorough and transparent animal testing policy, is it?

A little more research led me to conclude that Cetaphil falls short of the requirements for a cruelty-free company. Although there is no information on whether the company’s suppliers test its ingredients on animals or not, it does permit animal testing when required by law.
